Development of a master project delivery plan from start to finish;
Preparation of budgets and feasibilities for the completion and ongoing requirements of the Project;
Cause the preparation and review of concept plans and designs for the Project in conjunction with the Project architect;
Arrange for all required Government Consents to be obtained for the Project and that all laws are appropriately adhered to throughout the Project;
Engage the appropriate professionals to complete the design and specifications of the Project, and oversee its implementation as required;
Prepare and finalise construction contracts with the Builder (with the assistance of appropriate professionals);
Manage the construction process but not including tasks ordinarily undertaken by a project manager or superintendent;
Propose a marketing strategy and co-ordination of any marketing campaign for the sale or lease of the Project;
Appropriately report to the Project Stakeholders on the progress of the Project (a monthly written report to be prepared in line with the requirements of the Project Stakeholders);

Provide Project Stakeholders with all accounts for payment of expenses on the Project, together with the appropriate support documentation to show they have been incurred and when they are due and payable;
All other duties required to deliver to the completed Project in a timely manner and maximising the returns;
Carry out the Project in accordance with:

Instructions and directions of the Project Stakeholders;
Each Program and Budget;
The Project Documents;
All Government Consents; and
All applicable laws, regulations, orders and rules |
Administer the Project Documents on behalf of the Project Stakeholders;
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and lawful directions of a Government Agency having jurisdiction concerning the Project.
