- Preparation of the an ongoing Strategic Asset or Portfolio Management Plan:-

Managing the renegotiations with the existing tenants and sourcing new tenants when required either through external agents or direct;

Strategic portfolio management ensuring co-ordinated and balanced risk exposure; |

Managing the capital works and fitout programs for any refurbishment; |

Management of consultants including sales and leasing agents, town planner, property manager, facility manager, lawyer, surveyor, architect as required; |

Co-ordination of marketing campaign for the leasing and sale of the Asset; |
|
|
Provide Project Stakeholders with all accounts for payment of expenses on the Asset, together with the appropriate support documentation to show they have been incurred and when they are due and payable; and |
|
Provide information to Project Stakeholders which is necessary to prepare GST returns for the Project. |
